I am a political scientist working in the field of European Studies with an interest for democracy, political communication, and digital methods. I have obtained my PhD in political science with specialization in Comparative Politics and International Relations from the University of Maryland at College Park and my master from Northeastern University. I am the vice-chair of the Center for European Studies at Lund University as well as the program coordinator for the MA programs in European Studies. My latest publications deal with the role of social media in political campaigning and reflect my diverse methodological approach (for example the use of computational linguistics, social network analysis and statistics).
