Born on 9 December 1974 in Vukovar, Croatia. He teaches Social and Political Psychology, Political Behavior and Theories of Nationalism at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb, Croatia, where he is currently chair of the Department of Croatian politics. He is the author of Conspiracy Theories and Croatian Political Reality 1980-2007. Plejada, 2011 (in Croatian) and co-editor of EU, Europe Unfinished: Mediating Europe and the Balkans in a Time of Crisis. Rowman and Littlefield International, 2016. He recently edited the special issue of the Croatian Political Science Review (Vol. 54: 1-2), titled Faces of Cultural Trauma. Focus of his research is on theoretical and political psychoanalysis, discourse theory, nationalism, cultural trauma, conspiracy theories, populism, political cynicism, historical and political cleavages, euroscepticism...
