Dr. Irena Myzeqari has a 7- year experience on teaching in graduate and undergraduate studies; a rich experience on youth leadership, national and international civil society. She teaches Public Speaking, Intercultural communication and Gender and Media at the European University of Tirane. Her research interests include gender communication, identity, collective memory, news literacy, culture and social practices. She is a member of the new academics network of „European Fond for the Balkans “and member of communication team of the international organization „Cultural Innovators Network“. She has been part of Consus Project (Connecting Science-Society Collaborations for Sustainability Innovations) as a Resource Teacher, News Literacy Training Program by Stony Brook University, New York and she was granted an Erasmus + grant for mobility teaching at the University of Warsaw, at the Department of Intercultural Communication in Central and Eastern Europe.
